Video: Temptu Airbrush Makeup Review and How To Guide by Julie G
I’m a big fan of this video and if you’re thinking of buying the Temptu Air you will be too. Julie is a wonderful makeup artist–just look at her eye shadow in this video!
You’ll love this video because Julie not only shows you how to apply the makeup with the Temptu AirPod system but also demonstrates how the machine works. Notice how different the Temptu is from all other airbrush makeup systems? Watch Julie’s video to see how fast and easily you can apply foundation for a flawless look. The AirPod system clearly has its advantages and is a great kit for anyone new to airbrushing or who just don’t want the hassle of mixing and cleaning.
As Julie G shows, to keep it clean simply use the tools provided with the kit to unblock the channels where the makeup flows through.
I think this is also a great video because you can hear how loud the compressor is. Definitely not one of the quieter machines out there but that’s because it achieves a relatively high PSI of 30.
Be sure to check out Julie’s other videos because she has some fantastic tips and a wonderful smile!
I just got the temptu system – your video definitely helped, but I’m having problems as the foundation gets under my eyes and the creases are emphasized much more. How do I prevent this from happening?
Hello Diane – thank you for the comments and I’m glad you are enjoying the website! Always be careful with airbrush makeup around the eyes – you definitely don’t want to get it in your eye – especially silicone-based makeup!
One thing to keep in mind when airbrushing makeup around your eyes is do not squint. Close your eyes very gently to ensure you aren’t causing wrinkles which will then be emphasized by the makeup.
Also, Makeup Forever has an amazing Micro Finishing Powder – you can find more information on my website here
It compliments Temptu makeup really well and can smooth out wrinkles flawlessly.
Let me know how you go!
